Give depth to your gaze, by applying the Be Bold eye pencil.
Make sure the eyelid is clean and dry for better product staying power.
Draw a line along the lower outer edge of your lashes, starting from the inner corner towards the outer corner of the eye. For a magnetic gaze, apply the pencil also along the inner rim of your eyelid.
For a more intense effect, also repeat along the upper rim.
For a smoky look, blur the line you have just drawn with your fingertips before it sets.
